Blog Birthday Revamp

I wasn't originally planning on even announcing on here that it's my blog's second birthday today, but I decided about a month ago to completely revamp my blog because I just wasn't happy with the whole look and feel of it and basically felt that I'd gone as far as I could without spending any dollar. Even though I was desperately desperate to just get it done straight away I thought I'd wait and tie it in with my two years as a little celebration. 

I am incredibly excited about and in love with my new layout and just so insanely happy that it's finally gone live. To be honest I've been a bit 'blah' about blogging for about the past month, just not happy with any of my content and not really feeling it so I'm hoping this little reshuffle will motivate me to push things to be bigger and better and get me back on track.

As well as my revamp I thought I'd share my favourite posts from my second year of blogging as a little recap of the year and a reminder to myself that not all my content has been complete bollocks:

25 Things I've Learnt in 25 Years | I'm nearly 26 now (sob), but if I were to write this list again it would probably be identical.

Autumn Wardrobe Staples | This one had to be in my favourites just because I love the pictures - Nick really stepped up the bar (is that even the expression?) and I now have incredibly high expectations from him whenever we shoot outfit pictures.

20 Things You Notice During a Harry Potter Marathon | Because if you've written a post about Harry Potter why wouldn't it be one of your favourites?

Why I Keep My Blog Secret | This is such an important post for me because the supportive comments I received on it made me bite the bullet and tell people about my blog, Thanks guys.

Bedroom Transformation | Because this was the first room in our house to be finished and I'm so chuffed I've documented it on here.

And actually going back through all my posts from the year has made me realise that I'm pretty proud of a lot of my content so here's to getting my motivation back.
