After sorting through my shoes and sandals recently I've realised that although I tend to stick to the same few pairs I actually have loads and don't need any more - that doesn't stop me dreaming though and as I get older (sob) I seem to love shoes more and more so here are my current summer sandal lusts:
1 | This pom pom pair from Topshop are so perfect for summer and although completely impractical I don't care because of how amazing they look! I'm not overly adventurous with my clothes but I like to add the odd bit of eccentricity with accessories and these would look dreamy with either an all black or all white outfit.
2 | These red espadrilles are actually by Ralph Lauren and although I wouldn't usually shell out for shoes these ones are actually currently in the sale online at Daniel Footwear and boy does that make them tempting!
3 | This nude pair by Melissa Shoes I see as grown up jelly shoes! I love the contrast of the dark sole against the nude straps and they also look pretty darn comfortable, which is so important for me as I walk to work every day.
4 | I don't often go for a heel in sandals but this one is chunky and not too high so I should be able to survive in them! Although perfect for summer I think these from New Look would actually last through autumn too and would look perfect with a pair of jeans!
5 | Another pair of grown up jelly shoes for me...these ones from Asos look a bit more obviously jelly shoes although in the absence of any glitter are still a slightly more grown up pair!
6 | I always think mules look like they'd be totally impractical and would flap around and fall off your feet, but the print on these ones from Topshop got me and I think I'd put up with the annoyance because they would look amazing with black jeans!
7 | I actually already have some similar to this pair from Daniel Footwear but they're less gold and shiny than these - would it be acceptable to have a casual pair of snakeskin lace up sandals and a dressy pair?
8 | I do love me a pair of red shoes and these ones by Lamica are perfect for summer - they look super comfortable thanks to the thick sole, but at the same time don't look frumpy.
I think my favourites (a.k.a. the ones my bank balance needs to fear) are the nude gladiator sandals by Melissa Shoes and the crazy pom pom ones from Topshop. Which ones are your favourites?

I have been looking at pompom sandals all summer but never got around to buying a pair. I don't feel like I'm bold enough for them!

Me too, I've wanted some for ages but not actually got any! xx
DeleteI am not a good friend of sandals, but this list is awesome! Actually what I love the most is the zebra mules from Topshop, because it's between shoes and sandals, but the silver straps sandals from Daiel Footwear is also great choice, nice picks! :)

They are aren't they, I love those ones too :) xx
DeleteWhile I love a good high heel I am always lingering towards flats & flat sandals. No. Matter. What :) Beautiful wish list & I love your picks, lovely!

Thank you lovely :) probably is a sign haha! xx
DeleteAll of these sandals look amazing, I have to admit that I usually just walk around in flip flops during summer (when the weather admits that). My favourite pair from your list would be the black jelly shoes...or maybe the nudes, I really like both xx
ReplyDelete113-things-to-say.blogspot.com
I'd love to just walk around in flip flops, but because I walk to work I need something a bit sturdier - really tempted by the nude ones!xx
DeleteI love the pom pom ones - I've been seeing them everywhere! I own a pair of jelly shoes and I love them!
