The Summer Dress


I kind of hate how early shops bring out their summer stock. In April there's all these pretty dresses sitting smugly in high street windows, laughing because they know how tempting they are but you won't be able to wear them for months because, hellooo, this is England. The dress in this post was one of those ones that I just couldn't resist. Yes I bought it way back in April even though it's the most summery thing I've bought this year and yes it probably went in the sale before I even wore it.


Anyway, there has finally been a bit of good weather and after three months of anticipation I managed to get this dress out of my wardrobe. I love the pattern, I love the tiered style and I love the length. Basically I love everything about it and I'm dreaming of a nice hot summer so I can float around in it some more (lol I definitely don't float, I plod).

As well as having a dreamy dress I found the dreamiest house while wandering so sorry owners of this house for making it my outfit background, also I'd like to buy your house one day, do us a good deal yeah?

I really love the pattern and its boho vibe, I hope that great weather is gonna last so you can wear it over and over again.
