DIY Flower Jars

Today I thought I'd show you a little bit of DIY decor that I'm becoming a bit obsessed with - I'm just waiting for some more jars to be empty so I can make some more of these flower jars. These are so easy to make and are perfect for jazzing up a windowsill. Gypsophila is one of my favourite types of flower and it still looks gorgeous dried so instead of throwing it away I'm getting inventive!

The larger jar was an old Disaronno bottle and the smaller jar had coffee in it. When they were both used up I cleaned them, steamed all the labels off, tied a bit of ribbon around the top and they were done! I love the simplicity of them and you could use them for live flowers too (but dried is way less maintenance!).

What do you think of these flower jars? I'd love to hear if you have any similar ideas!
